    Push Press 95#
    SDHP 95#

Did the workout in my garage since I am going out of town tonight. I would of posted a better time for sure if I were doing it there.

    Now it’s time to P A R T Y!!!

  • ooooooooo…..i like this one……

  • Adam, I’m guessing that you didn’t notice the last line in Stacy’s post… suicides.

8 something rx’d on the WOD, and just happy those suicides were OVER!

I loved hearing the Murph stories…great job everyone! Just sorry I missed it.

  • Today’s workout is why CrossfitNKY is WELL worth the money and why I look forward to it every day my body allows it.

There was a brief sighting of the Pukie the Clown today after finishing the 21-15-9 WOD in 3:24. It took me over a minute to catch my breath enough to allow me to take a sip of water. There is no way I could push myself that hard just going to a regular gym (I’ve had workout buddies question my sanity, but never pushed this hard). I haven’t puked since high school (due to workout). I will find that Clown.

More sprints please, I hate them.

Had my PR today with 55#. Increased by 10#s over the last 6 weeks, so I’m sure that the next time this WOD rolls around, I’ll rx it. The suicides were killers to my knees….looking for some frozen vegetables for them. I think we’re still on the Murph high from yesterday.

  • The box jump/KB swing warm up got the juices flowing. The WOD, 21-15-9 push press and SDHP took me 6:47 to complete. Hey, I’m no Sean Kallmeyer. The suicides at the end were a treat. I did take 3 out of 5 :).

  • Big day of work coming off of Memorial-Day-Murph. I rx’d the WOD at 7:17 (I think). Kudos to Rachel for sticking with the 65# and pushing through – I know your back was hurting. Great job everyone at 5:30! (and thanks Lucas for taping up my wounded palms!)

  • Haha and I am no Jeff Baker/WODFather/thigh thumper destroying evry WOD! Today was fun. Great job everyone!
    Time was 6:20ish I think.

Definitely a good day for a sweat fest! Great job today Phil, Kyle and Tracy. Once again, I have got to say it, “I cannot wait for a warm up to feel like a warm up”. Box Jumps and KB got the heart kick started. Then the WOD, 21-15-9 push press and SDHP, finished in 6:00. Definitely had the heart pumping after that. Then the final Chapter! Chasing Tracy, I almost caught on that last round. Great workout today, flushed out some of the Holiday fun.

  • Wow that was fun!! I agree with Chris 100% I’ll be happy when the warmup feels like a warm up. The workout itself was definitely a gasser! Finished in 3:10 but i need some technique work for sure. Then we were put to shame by Brittney running the suicides…..I think she’s part Gazelle though so un-fair advantage right? 🙂 Crossfit is definitely a humbling experience that’s fo sho!!!
