    Quick note…Is anyone interested in going to the Warrior Dash Fri night? I know there was talk of camping, I have a tent, but I can’t say I know how to use it. So, Courtney and I are looking into hotel rooms outside of Columbus or in Lancaster. Just see us if you are interested in joining!

    Also, is anyone dressing up? I think it would be fun! I want to put together some type of getup. I heard Lucas may be wearing horns, but I was thinking more along the lines of a crazy tutu for the girls!

  • I started a team for the mudathon on 8/13. Team name is “Blood, Sweat, and Beers” the more people we get to sign up the more “perks” we get as a team (including more beer tickets) To register go to http://www.mudathon.com and select join a team, then select our team name. Mark and Bridget if you email them they will switch you from individuals to the team, I know because I accidentally registered as an individual after creating the team.

    Not sure what I got on the mini-wod. Rx’d it, I think it was 12-something.

  • 115, 125, 145, 155, got 165 1x. Just over 10 minutes on the mini wod. Really struggled with the OHS. Did 75 lbs since all the 10 lb. plates were being used.

    I ditto Toni almost exactly, except her time was just over 10 min because I finished right afterwards at ~10:25.

    I must admit that I have no idea how many OHSs I did on the first round…I lost count twice so it could have been anywhere between 15 & 30 so hopefully I hit 21 🙂

    Mark decided to talk me into doing the “mini” WOD with 95lbs. Finished in 9:32 but sweat kept coming for hours after.

    Sarah we are camping up at Hocking Hills on the 3rd and will be there all weekend. If you guys go up there let us know and we’ll hit a hike Saturday prior to the run on Sunday.

    Bridgett and I just kept going till we were happy with our weight. (PS. thanks girl, I needed the motivation-I was scared)

    I finished the mini wod sometime around 14:20 something. I too sweated for hours afterwards, but it felt good!
