  • Felt good on the shoulder presses tonight, maybe cuz I knew I wasn’t going for “max”…. normally these are very stubborn for me.
    Agree, the mini Wod was a good one!

  • I think this was only the second time I’ve done shoulder presses, so I don’t get enough practice on this. 55/60/65/70/75 (failed after 3 @ 75, so knocked back to 70 and wrapped up). Good working with so many strong women @ 5:30, followed by a mini-wod with Mark & Frank – nicely done!

    Seeing improvement in the should presses (slow, but improvement!). Fun mini-wod afterwards.

    I have absolutely horrible shoulder strength! I guess there need to be more shoulder presses in my future…or maybe it was all of the HSPUs & Pull Ups from the day before, and I’m not really that bad 🙂

    It was fun working out with all of the ladies at 5:30 & the mini WOD was fun…Megan & Maddie did awesome!
