    Thanks guys 🙂 My boyfriend is taking me to the Precinct tonight, so I won’t be able to make it in, but I’ll see you all tomorrow! Lucas promised fun, so, looking forward to that!

    10:something on the mini WOD

  • Snatch: 125#, failed attempting 135. I know Jeff will get 135 though and pick up my slack!
    8:39 on the mini WOD. I feel like we need a new name for these mini WODs that exceed 5 minutes.
    Great 4:30 class as usual!

  • Sean was correct. 135, failed at 145. 7 something on the mini wod. Couldn’t keep up with Adam, Doug and Mark, but what’s new.

  • Got 155, but didn’t try anything more. I still haven’t convinced myself to drop under the weight. Did the mini-WOD with a 20# vest at 8:??

    Snatches are more awkward than Blossom (anyone remember that show?). Anyways, PR at 75#…wanted 80 or 90 so boo!!! Ditched the mini-wod tonight secondary to illness and ripped hands and worked on push-ups and jumping rope. Will strive for another epic wod tomorrow…maybe 🙂

    Got 145 tonight and failed at 155. Like Mark I couldnt convince myself to drop under the weight. Still better than last time. Mini WOD was a good one and a gasser for me. 9:01. Great job Kyle Sean and Chad, I was trying to keep up with you all tonight, you all were pushing me, and I ran out of gas at the end.

  • A 5 min AMRAP, now we’re talking. I will still get my butt kicked, but I should be able to avoid being the caboose this week. 165# squat clean & jerk

    EVERYONE should go see Andy. I haven’t felt this loose in so long. I hope this is gonna make my back feel better on the workouts….LETS SEE!!!!

    I did 3-3-3-3-3 snatches
    50/55/60/65/70/75 (only 1 75 was legit).

    10:33 on the mini WOD attempting CTB pull ups but only succeeding for the majority of round 1.

    Then many many many attempts at butterfly pull ups…thanks Doug & Lucas for the coaching! I’ll keep working on them 🙂

    55/60/65/70/75/80 Like Mark said, I had an awful time getting the speed and UNDER the bar on those last two. Very sloppy. 11:31 on the mini wod. Nice work everyone!

  • Finally my back is cooperating with me to do some lifting WOD’s!!! 155 on the snatch and i was with Mark….didn’t want to try anymore. The mini WOD was in my wheel house since all I’ve been able to do lately is pull ups. Finished 6:58….love me some pull ups!!!

    I did 1-1-1-1-1 and it was 50/55 and FAIL.. One of these days… That’s what I keep telling myself! 🙂 Great Job to everyone else though. You guys did great.

    On the mini WOD I made it through in 8:59. I’m getting better at the pull ups! I think I’m going to start doing them with a smaller band this week.
