If anyone is interested in attending, there’s a self-defense course this Thursday at 630pm. Came highly recommended to me…will teach us how to defend ourselves using basic things/improvised weapons sort of deal. My computer skills are limited–don’t know how to get this pdf attached here, so I’ll just drop off the flyer at the gym so you can see if it’s for you!!

What are “cambands”? Looks like the post times are off?

13:49 I didn’t touch the ground on all sit ups, but did all rounds on the GHD machine. Not sure if that counts as rx’d or not but it was the best I had & I’m with Nick-OUCH :).
15:?? Close to 16 I think and that was totally modified. Even at that, I agree with Nick and Kristin… Ouchy!
