Ok since everyone reads this page, here is the deal for barbellsforboobs
The wod is Grace- 30 clean and jerks for time
There are 2 options:
A) We have been invited to go to Crossfit OTR (Lawrenceburg,IN) to do the wod with them on Saturday Oct. 30th from Noon-2pm, anyone interested talk to Lucas.
B)Friday Oct. 29th at our gym, the wod will be Grace- you can do it then during any class as your wod. (Wendy & Karin are already signed up and will be working out at 5:30pm- the more the merrier.
To officially register at http://www.barbellsforboobs.com it is a $35.00 donation to Mammograms in Action, and you get a cool shirt! You have to be registered by the end of the month and you’ll get your shirt in November:)

I’d love to do Barbells for Boobs, but I’m out of town that weekend…shocker, I know 🙂

Rx’d in like 22 something….that was one of the worst ones i’ve done yet. I think i blacked out after the 2nd round.

Yeah just realized that my time was 24 something not 22 something….that makes me feel much better about this workout….
