Strength: Shoulder Press 5-3-1+  75%, 85%, 95%
Skill:  Working on Increasing your Pull Up Skills – Take your pull up level and work on the next level…for example, if you have pull ups you will work on Chest to Bar or if you have kipping pull ups attempt butterfly pull ups, etc.  If you are still doing assisted pull ups may be try reducing the level of assistance.
