140/150/160/170/180 I made it parallel but it sounds like I needed to squat a tad lower on the last round….180 is a lot of weight, maybe tonight I’ll try to back squat Coach Lucas!

Julie – sounds to me like you beat your 1 rep max if you squatted 190 once!
