    1st round of 15
    2nd round of 15
    run 3/4 mile
    3rd round of 15
    run 1/4 mile

    Time: 15:22 rx’d 🙂

    My strategy 15/15/15 run 1 mile – 18:42 (red band for PU) & 65# thrusters

    I could not make it in today so I had to go to the gym 🙂

    60# thrusters x 45
    air squats x 80
    pushups x 80
    run 1 mile (10 laps around indoor track)
    20 something minutes….

    Air conditioning was broken in the gym, so no worries people, I wasn’t in luxury by any means. I actually saw myself do a clean for the first time in a mirror, which was REALLY weird.

  • My strategy today was running away from “Fran”. 15:49 with the purple band, and Rx’d weight. Great job today everybody!

    My strategy was to get all of the running done first. I think it worked pretty well for me. 85# thrusters and green band pull ups. 20:15

    I look forward to making this up tomorrow, maybe? Sounds like you all did an awesome job! The gym at the hotel is one of the worst I’ve seen, but I did:

    run 400m
    100 jumping jacks
    75 air squats
    50 push ups (1/2 on my toes!)
    25 burpees
    run 800m

    I didn’t do a good job of keeping time. I’m excited to be back with you guys tomorrow 🙂
