With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

  • I tried to do 5 rounds at chest to bar-just to build strength….
    I got to 14 rounds and failed at 12(on round15)
    Thanks to Lucas for making sure I got my chin over bar.

  • Time of death, 15 and 10. Great work by the 5:30 crew. Hands ripped at the end of 14. When did your’s rip? 🙂

  • 13 rds + 11 and no rips! Great job Kendra with much improvement from the last time she did this WOD. And Jeremy and Niki great job on those butterflies.
