  • haha Niki, I’m sure your comment goes to the rowing…for some reason the rowing was so hard!!! I did pr my deadlift though so it wasen’t all bad!

      did you do 5x on your PR?

        • No! I worked up to 200 on my DL’s for my last set of 5 then I tried one rep at 230 after to see if I could do it 🙂 My previous PR was 220 or 225. Nothing big…but any gain is a good gain, right?

  • It felt awesome! I went and ran 5 miles after…..
    No, seriously, I realize if I loath it -I should probably practice”it” more.

    My legs were just thrashed by the end of this!

    My thighs are hurting. They tried to call a domestic hotline because of the abuse 😉
