“Death by Pull-Ups”
With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Not a good day for pull-ups…problem with my grip.
Total 13rnds + 12 (1st 9rnds CTB)
Managed to do 7 rounds unassisted, but only made it to 10 rounds total (last three rounds with red band) before my forearms gave out. I’m happy I can finally do unassisted pull-ups but disappointed I can’t pump them out just yet.
Julie that’s fantastic! 7 rounds unassisted- isn’t that 28 pullups today? You’re a rock star!
