    Don’t remember my time on the mini WOD but it was fun! As always great job on the box Deanna. 🙂

  • Took it easy on DL’s – 225, 275, 305, 335, 355
    I think I was just over 13 minutes for the WOD. Great work by all of the 5:30 peeps.

    I only got up to 335 good job Jeff on taking it easy my back still hurting from those GHD’s and I only did 1 set of 25 Props to everyone who did all GHDs and Thanks for saving my tire for the tire flip 🙂
