  • Wasn’t feeling it today. Push press at 155# was causing shoulder pain, so I shut it down at that point. Just over 15 minutes on the mini WOD. Legs and arms still recovering from Murph.

  • I decided to do the dead lift even though I did the Murph workout.

    My time was 21:03 i believe, had to do SU still working on that DU but I did the rest RXD first time I think 🙂
