Ok since Stacy says post I will….145, 155, 165, 175, 190 on DL. Got to workout with Karin on these ….thanks i need the push 🙂 Our WOD was done in teams (Stacy, Tracy and I …18 something) because of the awesome # of people showing up to the 9 am class. Great job girls today and also the other teams and solo armando!

Today was a fun one-had to do as a team since we only had 4 rowers and 10 ppl. we finally figured out the math on that one……

Many new faces at the 5:30 class had a great time and ran a mile with Sammy when we were done.
Had the privilege of working with Jennifer, Angel and Kelsey to find their 1 rep deadlift max. They were awesome. Worked with Doug on the DL’s. 255, 285, 315, 335, 345. 20# more than last week. 🙂 Did the mini WOD with Tommy and Doug. I think our time was around 11:40 or so. Great energy at the box tonight. Everybody was crushing it. Laura was a beast!
