Got to do this one all by my lonesome since I was the only one at the 4:30 class. Good part is, I was done by 5! 🙂

53# Kettlebell swing, 8 reps (man that was heavy!)
12 GHD situps (I learned that if I keep my eyes closed while I do these, I don’t feel like vomiting!)
5 rounds plus HSPU, KB and 4 GHD
No cool down for me. I already know that you can whoop my butt on invisible Fran Kike!

53# KB swings for 4 rounds (REALLY ugly KB swings) – 35# KB swings for the rest (53# was way too much weight for me – gonna have to work on that)
12 sit-ups (some GHD some sbmat)
Hey Matt we need to workout more together…so we can push each other…you should go with us to the affiliate on May 7…if you keep training like that you can be the next one from CFNKY to go to the sectional!!!

This was fun- short burst of 8 minutes but each element was new and challenging:
I kicked the box to the curb and did :20 sec HandStand holds in lieu of 4 HSPU- I’m happy with that
53lb KB swing—–I thought it was a joke that the girls were doing that weight—-I pulled it off, though
Situps—some GHD, some abmat—
1 sit-up shy of 6 rounds—so in Crossfit terms, that is:
5 rounds + HSPU holds + KB swings + 11 situps
Sounds like Kike had a breakthrough on the HSPU
Christa had a strong :20 hold on her HSPU
Marcus whooped us all with Invisible Fran–
If I recall correctly it was 1:22!
Just shy of 5 rounds total, missing 3 ghds to make it to five. Did hand-stand holds for :20 sec, good for me not using the box! KB swings ate some time trying to get the form right. Dumped the 53# the last round and finished with 35# bc my form sucked. My lats are hurting today!! I’ll get those HSPUs next time 🙂
