    15 Clean squats, 80lbs
    5 toe to bar, 10 knees to elbows, 15 knees to chest
    30 box jumps
    30 dumbell push press – 35lbs
    120 single under jumprope
    15 thrusters, 80lbs
    19 pull ups, green band
    15 burpees
    300ft lunges with 25lb plate overhead
