REST DAY/SKILL/MAKE UP

CrossFit Games Challenge WOD: Open to everyone aspiring to compete in the CrossFit Games.  Workout will be posted on the Whiteboard.

When: Every Thursday 6:30 pm.

How much: FREE of charge and is open to members of other CrossFit Gyms and CrossFit athletes training at the Y or Globo gyms.

What do I need to do: If this is your first time at CFNKY get here early to sign a waiver and  bring something to hydrate yourself.

  • Great WOD last night. 10 DL w/225#, 15 GHD sit ups and runs that increased from 50M to 400M. 4 rounds for time. Everyone did very well. I think my time was 9:44. The lungs are starting to expand! :)It’s a beautiful thing.

    Great job last night Jeff! You killed it! Everyone killed for that matter. I made up Wednesday’s WOD. It was rough. I did not RX. My weight was at 85#. I had my box jumps and chest to bars, which was awesome. I need some major work on the weight still. Great WOD! It kicked my ass!
