Did “Diane” – finished in 12:27. Not exactly breaking land-speed records, but I managed to keep 155# on the bar (contemplated dropping back but talked myself out of it)! Rig-style HSPUs felt really tough!

Happy Birthday Marcus!!!! And congratulations Julie & Dean…so happy for you!! Was’t able to make it there today, so just made up a WOD: AMRAP in 30 min. – 5 HSPU’s, 50 D.U., 10 sit ups, 15 burpees, 20 squats. 7 rds + 7 Burpees.

I made up Wednesdays WOD. took me a little over 15min. Between the warm up and actual workout it was defiantly a change in pace. Way to kill that workout Tommy!

15 125# Dead Lifts (SDHPs just don’t feel right anymore)
20 10# Ball Slams (went lighter with more reps)
100m sprint (well, jog for me)
