Marketing Fact of the Week:
Did you know that 90% of consumers online trust recommendations from people they know; 70% trust opinions of unknown users?? Word of mouth is much more powerful than any kind of advertising.
People do use it for information gathering and making buying decisions. You can voice your opinion to people you don’t even know, but someday soon you might!
Did the Games WOD tonight with Jeremy. Should say I dragged ass behind Jeremy. It was pretty brutal. Got 7 rounds: 145# power clean x5, Toes to bar x10, 20# Wallballs x15. Jeremy, you’re an awesome animal! Thanks for sticking around to count and cheer Sean (and of course you too Lucas!)

Take a moment to comment on your favorite Crossfit Gym on the googleplaces page: http://maps.google.com/maps?client=safari&rls=en&q=crossfit+in+nky&oe=UTF-8&um=1&ie=UTF-8&sa=N&hl=en&tab=wl

Bridget–do you have a source for that info? I could use it for my textbook I’m working on 🙂 Also…comment submitted!
Its from an Econsultancy 2009 study… but if you use googlescholar.com you’ll find lots of articles on the subject.
What a supportive, encouraging group this evening!
I scaled the games wod, 75# hpc, knees to belly, 14#WB,
9 rounds + 5 HPC
I made up yesterday’s WOD:
5×5 Back Squats:
115/120/125/130/135
and 8:08 on the mini WOD rx’d. I’m pretty sure my abs are going to be pretty sore after 45 toes to bar & 50 sit ups!
Have a great weekend & Happy Easter everyone…I’ll be back next week.
