I’m wonderin’ if everyone else is like me — all I could think about today was “Thurday is rest day.” Lucas been workin’ us so hard, we all needed this day BAD!
I made up the Wednesday wod today
5 rounds:
10 sdhp
10 box jumps
10 pp
10 toes to bar (every one of them!)
Rx’d Time 11:10-ish
….then I did “pain storm”…
12 minutes of:
3 ground to overhead (75#)
7 push ups
7 burpees
7 squats
(after 12 minutes) finish it off with a 1600m row 🙂
**I completed 7 rounds plus 3 ground to overhead and rowed in 7:02
Total time: 19:02
I made up the Wendesday workout with Wendy. Did 75# and the toes to bar were more like knees to elbows, so I finished in 10:58. Seven burpees as well to catch up.
Anyone find an aluminum water bottle with a green lid last night. Pretty sure I left it there.
