Did Grace for Barbells for Boobs today! I was over ambitious in thinking I could do this rx’d, we’ll save that for next time, hopefully.

Did Tuesday’s wod with 20lb ball and blue band. 17:35 I’ll take it considering I loathe wall balls.

The kettle bell was not so hard, but had a devil of a time holding on to that darn dumbbell!
Great job on the B4B Kristin! I am heading to CFOTR tomorrow for this one. I look forward to seeing the facility and meeting some new peeps while throwing some weight around for my mom-in-law!
Did this one on Thursday with a few modifications:
– 200m farmer’s walk (70# KB and 53# KB – uneven)
– burpees x 13 (12 last round)
– 135# push press x 12 (shoulder wasn’t up to HSPUs).
3 rounds in 19:5?. The last round was rough, I had to swap which hand the 70 was in 3 times per lap. My forearms were shot. I could see my hands holding the bar for the last round of push press, but I couldn’t feel my grip.
