Skills: Toes to Bar or Scaled Knees to Elbows (As high as you can go)
7 min EMOM = 2 Knees to Elbows and 2 Toes to bar

**Work on staying tight and very controlled.  These can be kipped but the goal is to not be swinging out of control.  Watch this video for a few tips:

3rm floor press
3×5 pendlay rows

7 Rounds for Time
12 ring rows
9 burpees
6 box jumps
3 push ups
