    5 Rounds

    5 Squat clean thrusters 65#
    10 CTB pull-ups with red band

    first round of Du were actually double unders!
    went to SU for the rest…..12:48

    Meghan M appeared to kill this workout- I’m looking forward to seeing more numbers later this evening!

    SU all the way through. My time stinks, but was determined to finish and I did! WITH SHOES!

  • couldnt make it to crossfit but made it to the globo gym in hyde park to do shoulder press, push press, push jerk SP-135-155-165-175-185fail-175. PP-155-165-175-185-195.PJ-135-155-165-175-185. by the time i got to 185 my wrists were shot!

    No shoes! Yes, I was a little absent minded & actually drove to the gym with no shoes on 🙂

    P.S. Kim-this is my favorite travel WOD

    100 jumping jacks, 75 air squats, 50 push ups, 25 burpees…for time.

    Complete one before moving to the next.
