This Metcon will be a mash up. We will pair squats and pushups together as well as burpees and double unders being paired. This means odd rounds you’ll do squats and even rounds you’ll do pushups. Once you hit 8 rounds you will rest for a min then complete a mash up with burpees and double unders (burpees odd rounds and double unders even rounds.)
