    Did Monday’s WOD. 14:52. Feeling pretty good about that time.

    I had to make-up Wednesday’s wod- AMRAP in 20 min–
    Bear crawl, 75# push press x10, pullups x20
    I suffered through and completed 5 rounds plus BC,PP

  • Made up Tuesdays. Managed 12 rounds with push ups, lunges and 10 sit ups. Can’t wait to feel this one Saturday!

    Doug and I got to enjoy the 40-30-20 “fun”

    40 Double Unders or 160 Single Unders
    30 KB Swings (25#)
    20 Box Jumps

    x5 for time. I think mine was either 24:?? or 26:?? I can’t remember, but it was brutal!
