    Since I can’t be there to enjoy the 90 degree heat, I used a wod app from my iPhone.
    I ran a mile and then did :
    5 rounds of
    20 pushups
    20 walking lunges w 40lbs
    20 kb swings 25lbs
    20 standing tuck jumps
    There was a line for the elevators so I walked up 29 floors to my room!
    I have a feeling it’s going to be hard to sit down or stand up tomorrow:)

    500m row
    21 burpees
    400 m run
    200 single unders
    I was so delirious I accidentally almost skipped the last round of jump rope! Thanks Lucas for reminding me!!

    21 kb swings (35#)
    3 rounds
    This was almost fun. Not sure which R I feel about not doing J.T., regret or relief!

    I did Monday’s cardio workout… 31:50. That blazing sun is killer!

  • I did Helen: 400 m run, 12 (black band) pull ups, and 21 kb swings (#25) 3 rounds. Time 17:??. Thanks for all the encouragement everyone!!! You all keep me motivated!!
