Open workouts are on Thursdays at 6:30 and Saturdays at 10am. If these times are not good for you, please text or call Lucas (859-380-4904) to give a time that will be better for you so we may have a judge for you.


CrossFit Games Open 13.1

Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 17 minutes of:
40 Burpees
75 pound Snatch, 30 reps
30 Burpees
135 pound Snatch, 30 reps
20 Burpees
165 pound Snatch, 30 reps
10 burpees
210 pound Snatch, as many reps as possible

Saturday- For the next 5 weeks while the open competition is going we are cancelling the 10am free Crossfit workouts and ONLY having the 9am.  Sorry for any inconvenience.

Sunday-We are back with our regular schedule at 1pm.
