  • 250M Row – 25 push ups – AMRAP in 20 minutes. Managed 9 rounds plus the row. Much harder workout than it looked on the board. Great job by Karin and Jeff. Laura, Doug and Jill had the pleasure of doing “Collin” from Monday, which they crushed. Speaking of crushed, Brian blew through Grace in just over 2:30. I also hear a rumor that Jeremy killed the AMRAP although know one saw it. 🙂

      it was a tough one.
      If a tree falls in the woods and no one sees it does it make a sound.

  • “Collin” 47:10. I was red-lining after about round 4 and looked like I was imitating a Plow horse for rnds 5 & 6. Haven’t done a WOD that torturous in a long time. Thanks for reminding me to do it LAURA! BTW great job Laura and Jill who joined me in this gut-buster.
