    So much fun today…I chose rope/sled + 70# 5 rds with Niki…8 something time.

    Tore my shoes on the rope. Very challenging. Sled was harder than I expected. 11:37

        Yes I would like to thank my daughter for her socks. Just glad we bought some black and not all pink. My sled technique needs some work. He added 90lb to the sled I think it was 160.
