2 2 1. Up from 2 0 9 last time. Quiet group at 6am. Lots of heavy breathing and focusing on the task at hand.

1 8 1. Not so thrilled, if I could I would be back in tonight and redo. Good job to everyone and good luck to those who still have to do it!

did a ‘mama’ version for today, 300 total and 500m row each round, not for time.

244 up from 212-but this time around with step ups. I’ve all of a sudden become scared of box jumps…boo 🙁

Great work all & thanks to Kim for your counting & encouragement! See you guys Friday and I’m going to start the sit up challenge, but I’m not sure how long my belly will let me participate! We shall see.

  • 2 7 4 – Loved it 🙂
Fun WOD with Maddie & Rachel – see you guys on Friday.

  • 290 – 113, 89 and 88. The second and third rounds were a little rough. Plan on practicing some OHS tomorrow.

Died off big time in round 3.

Tomorrow is supposed to be warm and sunny. How about some sprints incorporated in the workout (not 400m, like a lap around the building or just the back stretch). That and anything that isn’t too tough on the shoulders, mine are fried.

231 down 10 from last time. But had some real jumping in there this time even if it was just the plates. Great work by the 630 crew as always!

  • 296 for my first time….thanks for the motivation Mark!!
