Sunday-Rest day

Today is a day of rest and preparation,  The only wod you should be doing today is cleaning out your pantry, emptying the cupboards and making room in your refrigerator compartments. 

Make a list of necessary items to get you through the week then hit the market.  Create your menu and Be prepared!!  

Slice and chop your veggies, line up your spices, do whatever you can today to be ready for tomorrow’s meal.


If you are entering the challenge, don’t forget to take your pictures today because the PALEO CHALLENGE 2011 starts tomorrow!
