Rest and Preparation Day!
Sunday is a good day to prepare your paleo meals for the week. Create the menu, chop the veggies, thaw if you need to, cook your 2 lbs of bacon(!), ziploc your snacks
Preparation is the key to eating healthy…..let alone, Paleo.
Thanks to our Saturday visitors- we enjoyed meeting you and hope you had a great workout with us!—Rene, Stacey, Kelly, John, Amy, Brian (and all of Zach’s friends I didn’t get to meet!)
