Wednesday: 5am, 6am, 9am, 4:30 pm, 5:30 pm, 6:30 pm
Thursday: 5:30 am, 9am, 5:30 pm, 6:30 pm
Friday: 5:00 am, 6:00 am, 9:00 am, 4:30 pm, 5:30 pm
Saturday: 8am, 9am

CrossFit Northern Kentucky is a “box”. The whole package comes in the box with NO additional hidden contracts or fees etc. You pay for the CrossFit experience led by a personal trainer every time. The CrossFit method is proven to deliver results and every work out is designed to improve your overall fitness.
Classes consist of exercise instruction and practice, review, warm-up, stretching protocols, and of course, workouts! Instruction and workouts increase in complexity and intensity throughout the duration of the class, progressively improving your fitness and preparedness for life. Groups are limited in size to ensure all clients receive more than adequate personal attention.
