Also, tomorrow morning is lifting with Coach Dylan.  Last month we focused on the first pull of a snatch and how to bail properly.  Next class is another progression of the snatch.  This is a great class to help you with your snatch technique so be sure to be there at 7:45 to warm up as class will start immediately.
