105#/75#- Ground to overhead

Knees to elbows

Wod #3

20KB swing, 10 box jumps, 20 pull ups, 10 wall balls, 20 sit ups, 10 push ups, 20 walking lunges with plate overhead, 10 jumping squats

  • Thx to Emily and whoever else was involved with putting this mornings games together. Everybody did a great job. My times were just slightly slower than Armando’s. That’s how I remembered it before I blacked out.
