400m run, 50 DU (150 SU), 25 burpees
Wod #2
21-15-9 for time: (12 min cap)
105#/75#- Ground to overhead
Knees to elbows
Wod #3
20KB swing, 10 box jumps, 20 pull ups, 10 wall balls, 20 sit ups, 10 push ups, 20 walking lunges with plate overhead, 10 jumping squats

Thx to Emily and whoever else was involved with putting this mornings games together. Everybody did a great job. My times were just slightly slower than Armando’s. That’s how I remembered it before I blacked out.

Great job everyone….I sure wish I could have been there. I was able to get Fridays workout out in today and once again I must say I miss being pushed by my fellow crossfitters, just not the same.
