    Great weather for a workout today (except for the 30mph winds). Greta and Jason time 29:42.

    Made up my own wod at the hotel, ran 1mile 8:20, 3 rounds of 30 walking lunges w 25# overhead, 25 back extensions and 50 squats, then walked up 25 flts of stairs to my room.

    Great job, Julie! 25 flights?! That seems like that should have been the workout all by itself. 😉
