    This WOD would have been more fun without 99% humidity. 29 something.

  • Great workout! Definitely a challenge for me. To embarrassed to post my time, but I came, I ran/row/burpee(sorta)/jump rope and made it through with encouragement from Coach Lucas, Emily and the rest. 🙂 Great job everyone!

    26:37 – third round of running, rowing and burpees were incredibly difficult!
