We will be closing Saturday MAY 11th for Crossfit Games Regional.

    Pretty sure that is correct. Worked with Kevin who got a new PR! Also PR’d myself. Up 10lb form last weeks PR.

    Used Rx’d weight on the mini WOD…think my time was around 12 minutes or so.

  • Not good on the back squats today. The mini WOD was Rx’d and took me a little over 12 minutes. Great work by all of the 5:30 crew.
