Had to back down after the 315 couldn’t get up ….
Hang pull 155 – 175 – 195 I think not 100% sure
on the mini wow 6 & 4 kb Swings
Back Squat – 185, 205, 215, 225, 235. Great working with Sam and Doug. Did the hand pulls with 175#.
7 rounds on the mini WOD. My shoulder was killing me on HSPU’s. Thanks Kyle for pushing me along.
