    135-155-175-195 back squat. +5 pounds from last week. 8 rounds on the mini wod afterwards. Always good to see new faces at 6am!

    So first off…where are all the post? I know we have a lot of new people but they need to see what we use these post for…motivating and encouraging each other. CrossfitNKY is a community and a great one to be a part of. So everyone, new or “seasoned”, post your WOD.

    7 rds + 4kb on mini WOD
    Still laying low on the back squats until I am fixed. Seeing Andy today! Great job everyone at 9am.

    Had to back down after the 315 couldn’t get up ….
    Hang pull 155 – 175 – 195 I think not 100% sure
    on the mini wow 6 & 4 kb Swings

  • Back Squat – 185, 205, 215, 225, 235. Great working with Sam and Doug. Did the hand pulls with 175#.
    7 rounds on the mini WOD. My shoulder was killing me on HSPU’s. Thanks Kyle for pushing me along.

  • 165-175-195-215-225 back squats, 5 reps 255 after! gonna try to boost that to 275 next week!

    8 rounds + 10 KB swings… way to push it fella’s of the 4:30 class!
