Well, we got in the truck and headed toward the gym… does that count? We couldn’t even make it to the on-ramp (traffic at a dead stop). So a U-turn we pulled and back home we went.
Got up to 285# in the morning. Form wasn’t very good so I went back in the afternoon to work on that. Cory, Jill and Annie killed in in the afternoon. A couple of PR’s I believe. Be safe!
Heather and I both PR’ed today. I managed 305 and she did 185. Nice job zack and tracy with yours as well. Looks like the 2:00 class is made of tough stuff.
Well got there and only Jeff and his daughter were there helping out a fellow x-fitter. We were all alone with Lucas when Jeff left, roads terrible, class canceled after we got there, so sam maxed at 255 and I hit 105 (which I could not do on the last squat day) thanks for staying with us Lucas!!
I played fetch in the yard with the dogs. Something about snow gets them fired up. Anyway, i squatted my body weight 30 times picking up the ball. Whew!
185# pr’d!! Don’t forget to do your burpees. Start of a new healthy year!
