    Nice work 4:30 slot! We kicked some butt. I managed to finish in 11:10 on this one.

    Love this workout! finished in 15:29…Just enough time for Tommy to go home, shower, eat dinner and come back to the gym after he finished. Jeez son! Are you weakened by Kryptonite?

    22.10 sandy; 23.45 sam yes we did this one at a friends gym while out of town. Oh my it was so much fun! I scaled he dead lifts down to 95lbs. Sam manned up and did the posted weight.
