    I strangely liked this one as well. Adam and I couldn’t keep up with the 5am class, but I was happy with my 6 rounds + 2 left arm snatches. First wod in a while I have been able to do RXed!

    I liked this one too but not sure why I couldn’t keep up with those 5 amers. Did GHD sit-ups but I guess my slow point was the KTE…5 rds + 7KTE. Great job Liz!

    yeah What was up with you 5AMers’? I think we need to check you all for some performance enhancing Paleo drugs or something…:-) I got 7 + rh snatches. Definitely a gaser no doubt.

    BTW congratulations to all who participated at the WOD throw down this weekend. I think Crossfit NKY was very well represented! My apologies to Jeff for cutting his rope prior to workout number 2…:-) I WIN AT ALL COST BAKER!!!!

    7 rds with GHD’s today. Sounds like we all liked this WOD. Good Job 5am’ers!! Missed the rest of the crew though.
