Thank you for the “day before” post! See you all tomorrow!! 🙂

  • Sounds like a good one. Sunday being an off day I ran a 10K with a 20 lb. vest then went out w/Dean for nice little 25 mile bike ride. Couldn’t get my chain off the big ring due to a mechanical, which made the evil twins really evil. 🙂 Those of you who ride in NKY will get the reference.

Looks like a great wod! Hoping to see the 9am’ers if I can get Declan to sleep…

Jeff, Dean was really impressed with your stamina on the ride! He wondered how he would’ve kept up if your gears were working on the twins:)

5am brought the house down today! Way to get up and out on this flooded, rainy morning!
Great, sweaty Wod, still unsure if I did 5 or 6 rounds.

  • Good to see a great class this morning! Wendy – I think you were so into the groove that you lost count!

Good turnout this morning 5am’ers! Good to see Toni and Maddie @ 5am too! Wendy…you did 6 rounds. I was counting and forgot to mention to you before I left. Still incredible WOD time! I, on the other hand, still have work to do….15:52 for the 5 rounds.

This was nearly the end of me. Then again, I can remember a time that I would not have considered 75 pound thrusters an option. Could not muster the double unders. 18:45

So here I thought I had Wendy beat by 3 sec…as it turns out she did an extra round…go figure?! Anyway I don’t believe I have EVER done this many thrusters in a WOD. My arms were killing me. 14:53 rx’d

Also great to see Traci back in the morning and Julie too! Great job to all in the 9am class!

Great too be back today! Had completely forgotten about the existence of thrusters 🙂 13:52?? with single-unders. I was just starting to make progress on my du’s in the early part of my pregnancy….will have to work hard to get back in the rhythm again soon.

It felt so good to be back after a crazy week last week. I ventured to the 2pm class…not sure if I’ve ever been to it before. It was great working out with a new crew-great job today guys!

I’m wondering if I’m ever going to be able to breathe again…my lungs are still burning after this WOD!

    19:44 rx’d.

Maybe I’ll make it to the 9am class tomorrow…we shall see!

There IS a Tuesday 5am class and I hear thigh thumper might show up! Get there early to get his autograph!

  • Managed to crank this one out in about 14:46 Rx’d. Not the fastest time, but I felt like my form has improved. The 4:30 and 5:30 folks were killing it. I can not wait till 4;00 a.m. My alarm will be going off and I will spring out of bed and head to the 5:00 a.m. class. Gitty up!!

I finished this WOD in 18: and some change. I was also reminded that thrusters are not my friend when I woke up with fried shoulders and a sore back.

Maybe the deadlifts that we do today will work the soreness out of me. They’re my FAVS! 🙂

As much as I thought I would hate this workout I actually don’t hate my time on this. I managed an 11:45 on this one…about a minute later than the absolutely amazing Karen. Very good times posted by all for sure!! This one is a burner for sure.
