DT not only handed me my ass, but nearly a broken nose too!
OK, so maybe the hasty Monday not quite awake yet warm up almost broke my nose, but that’s another story.
@135 – 12:something
This damn thing was a struggle from 3.2.1…go.
Good times.

Energetic 9am class, fun working out with everyone!
Happy Belated Birthday to Kike and Randi!!
DT DT DT DT DT!!!!

9 class rocks!!!
I got my butt handed to me in a Krispy Creme bag. 20 minutes and ripped my inner thumb skin…135 lbs had to scale on the 4th round to 125 just on the hang power cleans. Being lanky has its disadvantages

Seemed like it took me forever…oh it did.
42lbs. 8:?? I am mad at myself i should of done more weight–was afraid i wouldnt be able to do any heavier still trying to get my techniques down. Live and learn. You all did great today 9 am class.
My next time would be like this video…

Pulled an all-nighter and hadn’t done a wod in 6 days, went with 75#-
Time: 8:26
That time clearly reflects I should have gone heavier-
Stacy,
I heard positive things about you today! Sounds like that time doesn’t reflect your work, form, or intensity at all– Keep up the great work!
Cherish,
Don’t be upset- you’ll get it figured out. Proper form is imperative and as a newer Crossfitter, I’m sure the technique practice was more beneficial than having added another few pounds. Great job!
9:00 Am was great.
7:10 I should have done more weight but it was still a good WOD.
Happy Birthday Kike and Randi
Did my first round at 75#. Realized I might never finish so I went down to 70#. Still took me forever but I did finish. 🙂 Not sure what my time was, Coach Lucas was still trying to figure them out from the stop watch when I left. I was the last one to finish though so it wasn’t anything to rave about. Lots of new people at the 5:30 class!!!!
Great job tonight everyone! Big thanks to coach Lucas, Karl and Kike (happy 22nd!). I really needed the work on form so this one was a help. Managed 55# and it was definitely a challenge for me especially at the end. Finished in 13:21. I must be doing something right, I have my first callus’s starting. Woot Woot!

I definitely feel the burn today… can’t wait to get back in the habit. I finally unpacked the last box last night, so the big move is over!
See everyone tonight! I normally don’t come on Tuesdays, but I hear it’s a special occasion…
70lbs was definitely too light for the DLs and push press, but the burn in my forearms said it was plenty for the cleans.
