  • I hate front squats so i felt pretty good about my max of 205. The mini WOD was brutal…not going to give it away but make sure you have your box jumpin shoes on. I finished it like 12:50 something…..(one of these days i’ll pay attention to my times)

    245 for max and 7 something for mini WOD

    As far as the Warrior Dash goes, I’ll do the legwork if people are interested.

  • 245×3 and 275×1 (pulled muscle on this one and didn’t try for 3 – feels like someone stabbed me behind my shoulderblade). Mini WOD 12 something (near 13) at 135#/24″, it kicked my butt.
