Find 1RM of Snatch
5-3-2-1-1 (Start about 50-60%)

Find 1 RM of Back Squat
5-3-2-1 (Start about 60-70%)
1x Squat Walkout + Back Squat for your last Rep   (What is a Squat Walk Out)

5 Rounds for Time
5 Manmakers 35/25
15 Burpees (last round will be 16 reps)
