Mini WOD 11:something, 25# kb and purple band. Still wondering where all the 9amers have gone…
so 1 rep max was 145lbs
Mini WOD was completed in 8:something i think but I did 35lbs instead of the 53lbs. I like my shoulders to stay intact…..

Was a wimp today with mini WOD. Totally psyched myself out of doing 25#…did 18# instead. I was thinking the same thing Adam was ….

Managed 115# with Chris for 1 rep snatch! Mini wod took 10min or so I think to complete with 53# and as Wendy said, bruises to go with it.

Mini wod I knocked out in a little under 7 mins, cant remember exact time. Not sure if I got stronger or just got the movement mastered finally, but my kipping pull ups were rocking out tonight. I am happy.

I think I could have done 35# with my right arm-but never would have made it with the left one! Great job Emily-who did 35# with both arms 🙂

Mini WOD was 7:35 I think with 35# scaled.
Managed a real unsolid looking 135# snatch. I need some serious help on these babies.
11:16 for the not so mini “mini-wod” w/ 53#kb. Who names these things anyway? We need a refresher course on the term “mini”. 🙂

Managed 155 for the snatch, probably could have pulled off a bit more, but it was my first time doing a snatch and my form left a lot to.be desired. 7 something on the mini, but i only did the 35# MB b/c my forearm/wrist couldn’t take the 53 Pounder rolling back on it (bruised and sore as is). I think a pair of youth shin guards would have helped out big time.
