    moved up to the red band today, 4:53. 31 seconds faster than my original baseline with a green band.

    You would think for as long as I’ve been calling myself a “crossfitter” I would have done this baseline wod by now. Not so much.

    Much like the wod last week that contained a calorie row, I gassed early on the rower. Certainly impacted my time.

    Couldn’t make the 6:00am class this morning had to hit the 5:30pm. The rowing chewed me up and spit me out.

    My first baseline was in Jan and it was 15 mins plus a puke. My second baseline was 4:31 and today 7 months later was 3:57!

  • Fantastic times today! Great job everyone.
    My first baseline was when I started in March. It was 9:4? with jumping pull ups. Almost 8 months later I managed 6:05 with green/blue band pullups. Yeah!

    Great improvements by everyone! I also improved by time by 2:31 & went from the green band & push ups on my knees to the red band & push ups on toes since June 🙂

  • So first run at this and did 4:14 Rx’d. I felt really good until the rows, squats, situps, pushups and pullups started. Who makes this crap up anyway???

  • First baseline 3:58 to complete and another 4 minutes to catch my breath. I would have died if I even approached a 6 min baseline 2 1/2 months ago when I started this torture.
