You choose a skill:  5 minutes to work on a skill.  We have done several progressions over the past two months.  Choose a progression and practice a goat.

20 min to find 1rm BS
5-3-2-1-1 set scheme

10 Min EMOM
30 Double Unders
5 Cleans 135/95, 115/75 or 95/65
